Congratulations on becoming an official Food vendor for Yellow cup weekend. This year we are hosting the food vendor marketplace outdoors at the 195 District Park, Providence, RI 02903 from 4pm-9pm.

Yellow Cup Weekend will provide:

1. A 10' X 10' space for concession

2. A dumpster

3.Rain date: The next day Sunday JULY 26

Vendor will Provide:

1. Provide menu and logo with submitted application.

*Alcohol and non alcoholic Beverages are not to be sold. 

2. Arrive at 1pm and establish concession by4pm on Saturday July 25th.

3. Operate concession during show hours of  4pm - 9:00 pm

4. Tent sized allowed is 10x10

5.  If working with hot tools  display a fully charged, inspected, and tagged fire extinguisher.

6.  Maintain your vending space free from trash and debris, comply with recycling policies,

and return vending space to natural condition.

7. Display vendor pass (Provided by yellow cup weekend).

8. Provide a minimum of 50ft heavy duty extension cable

Bring extra lighting/Bring a generator. Power will not be supplied

Other terms to be observed by and between the parties:

Refunds: Payment is non-refundable unless other wise agreed.

The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless between Yellow cup Weekend and all its officers, partners, shareholders, employees, artists and volunteers from any liability or claims, which may be made against them as result of any wrongful, negligent or other action or inaction by the Vendor.

With the exception of payments as stated in paragraph II, all revenues and profits from the operation of concession at PAF shall be retained by the Vendor. The vendor shall be an independent contractor and shall have no authority actual or apparent to bind PAF in any respect contractually or otherwise. 

This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives. Time is of the essence on all undertakings. This agreement shall be enforced under the laws of Houston, TX. This is the entire agreement. Buy submitting payment you agree to the terms and conditions
